Montreal, May 29, 2025 – HUB Montreal, the must-attend event for the creative and cultural industries, is proud to announce a new governance structure for Antenne Créative, the event’s founding organization. Now a key player in Quebec’s creative ecosystem, Antenne Créative has entered a new phase in its development, supported by a board made up of key figures from the worlds of creation, culture and innovation.
This new governance reinforces Antenne Créative’s mission: to make digital creativity a driver of outreach, collaboration and economic transformation, both locally and internationally.
HUB Montreal and Antenne Créative gratefully acknowledge the contribution of former board members, whose involvement over the past nine years has enabled the event to develop a bold, structuring vision.
Made up of influential figures from the cultural, creative industries, technology and entrepreneurial sectors, these new directors reflect the richness and diversity of the Quebec ecosystem. Their complementary expertise will help shape future strategic directions, strengthen ties with professional and institutional circles, and identify new outreach opportunities for HUB Montreal. This new governance will play a key role in establishing HUB Montreal as an international hub for digital creativity.

5 new board directors for HUB Montreal
Emmanuelle Legault, President and CEO of the Palais des congrès de Montréal, will assume the role of Chair of the Board. Emmanuelle Legault is a recognized expert in business tourism, with over 20 years’ experience in strategic positions at Tourisme Montréal, Destination Canada and now at the helm of the Palais des congrès de Montréal. As the institution’s first female CEO, she is deploying a bold vision of event transformation. Her international leadership has helped position Montreal as a major player in business tourism worldwide.
Myriam Achard is the voice and face of PHI internationally, where since 2006 she has worked alongside Phoebe Greenberg to promote artistic innovation. As chief of new media partnerships and public relations, she travels the world to unearth the most avant-garde immersive works, contributing to PHI’s influence in every corner of the globe, from New York to Tokyo, by way of Venice.
Catherine Auclair is an experienced executive and CPA with 18 years of expertise in the telecommunications and media sectors. In 2021, she was appointed partner at Productions KOTV. Since 2023, she has held the position of Senior Vice President of Finance at Groupe KO, where she oversees the growth and sustainability of its entities. Known for her rigor, creativity, and collaborative leadership, she excels in strategic management and in developing both local and international business opportunities.
Shahinaze Hachem is a seasoned executive with over 20 years’ leadership experience in digital entertainment, creative industries and strategic management. As Executive Producer at Behaviour Interactive, she leads the Immersive Entertainment team, spearheading large-scale, experience-driven initiatives in partnership with global IPs. Recognized for her strategic vision, operational excellence and ability to foster global partnerships, Shahinaze is a committed advocate of Montreal’s creative ecosystem. She actively works to strengthen Montreal’s global presence in digital creativity, focusing on innovation, enlightened governance and talent development.
Francis Perreault is a lawyer with an MBA with over 20 years’ experience in the entertainment and multimedia sectors, including as Vice-President of Creative Management at Cirque du Soleil. A specialist in strategic relations and intellectual property, he excels at bridging the gap between artistic vision and business issues. In 2010, he co-founded Gestion Créative Perreault-Samson inc. dedicated to the representation of designers and the development of cultural enterprises.
Rachel Parent appointed Executive Director
In keeping with this evolution, Rachel Parent is officially appointed Executive Director of HUB Montreal. A member of the organization since 2021, she has consolidated lasting strategic partnerships and breathed new energy into the event. She will pursue her mission by reinforcing HUB Montreal’s international positioning as a development and visibility platform for the creative and cultural industries.
