The National Bank: a partner of choice to help creative businesses here!

Since 2019, we are very happy to be able to count on the National Bank by our side for our market event! Every fall, our event, HUB Montreal, creates business opportunities between local talents in digital creativity and high-caliber international guests. This year again, the National Bank will once again be present for the 7th edition of HUB Montréal which will take place on October 16, 17 and 18 at OASIS immersion and beyond its walls in the Palais des congrès de Montréal.

Digital creativity is becoming more and more present in many sectors: whether it is the performing and visual arts, video games, real estate and architecture, experiential marketing or even the cultural sector with museums. In fact, the digital creativity sector alone generates more than $2.5 billion in revenue for the province, brings together more than 500 businesses and has more than 24,000 jobs. As the main bank in Quebec, the National Bank seeks to support local entrepreneurs, to cultivate the Quebec entrepreneurial spirit and to help promote it internationally. It was therefore completely natural for them to get involved with us and help us become a true international commercial showcase for Quebec’s creative industries.

This desire to promote and support our companies internationally will be reflected in the programming of this 7th edition since the National Bank will particularly support our market workshops and in particular those in the Middle East, Florida, Mexico and Canada.

Market workshops are workshops given by a strategic expert who will present an international market with undeniable assets for the business development of our Quebec creative studios. Several aspects will be discussed such as political, cultural or even economic aspects which will allow companies to have a good overall understanding of the market and key elements will also be discussed to allow studios to establish themselves effectively and successfully in these regions of the world.
