Through key international industry events, HUB Montréal is committed to pursuing its mission: to contribute significantly to the business development of Quebec creative companies and to affirm the influence of Montreal as a city of creativity.
This annual international cycle ends with the HUB Montréal event where more than 100 international buyers come to meet Quebec creative companies in Montreal.
APRIL 11TH TO 14TH
HUB Montréal flew to New York from April 11 to 14, accompanied by 9 Quebec companies for a two-part commercial mission: agencies and public spaces. This mission gave creative companies the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with decision makers from major New York agencies such as Ogilvy, SUPERBIEN and HUSH among others, as well as organizations and associations in charge of revitalizing major public spaces: Brooklyn Downtown Alliance, Domino Park, Seaport etc. . .

On the occasion of a mission planned by CENTRO and the Embassy of Canada, the HUB Montréal team, accompanied by 6 Canadian companies, went to Mexico City with the aim of developing business opportunities with Mexico.

HUB MONTRÉAL WAS COMMISSIONED BY INVESTISSEMENT QUÉBEC INTERNATIONAL TO COORDINATE THE PRODUCTION AND PROGRAMMING OF THE QUÉBEC DAYS ON MARCH 13 AND 14, 2023 AT THE SWAN DIVE. THROUGH THIS COMMERCIAL MISSION, HUB MONTRÉAL ACHIEVED TWO OF ITS MAIN OBJECTIVES: TO PROMOTE QUEBEC’S CREATIVE COMPANIES THROUGH RICH PROGRAMMING THAT REFLECTS INDUSTRY TRENDS; PROMOTING THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF THE CREATIVE INDUSTRY DURING NETWORKING ACTIVITIES (B2B, 5 TO 7. . . )

The participating companies took part in visits to museums and heritage sites, including the discovery of Hangar Y, a mythical site of aeronautics, now rehabilitated, a bridge between art, science and nature, a visit to Lafayette Anticipations, a must-see place for contemporary creation, and the Château de Villers-Cotterêts, a heritage site housing the International City of the French Language.
These visits gave rise to many moments of networking with the management teams of the sites visited. This visit to Paris enabled participating Quebec companies to connect with major local players, especially in view of major upcoming events: the Paris Olympic and Paralympic Games 2024 and the Francophonie Summit!

During this stay thought in collaboration with XR4Heritage, XRValley (Stereopsia) and the Delegation of Quebec in Brussels within the framework of the already fruitful partnership, Montreal-Brussels Aller-Retour, the Quebec companies have taken part in the event The Factory organized by XR4Heritage.
